Job description

You will be the Senior Manager EO Engineering for the EO Engineering Hardware team.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Senior Manager EO Engineering you will be responsible for leading the EO Engineering Hardware team in the development, integration, production, and sustainment of EO hardware across multiple aircraft platforms.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Direct workforce management, including recruitment, placement, training, and career development.

  • Oversee budget, technical execution, staffing, processes, and tools for the functional competency.

  • Lead complex technical projects with effective project management, risk mitigation, and problem resolution.

  • Coordinate with ADP programs, Aeronautics programs, other business units, and industry partners.

  • Implement performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide focused feedback.
