This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability within the fixed operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, a commitment to quality, and the ability to foster a positive and productive team environment.

Responsibilities Manage and direct all fixed operations activities including service.. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
