Responsibilities Manage and direct all fixed operations activities including service.. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
Monitor department budgets, expenses, and profitability to meet financial targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations. * Collaborate with sales and other departments to align business objectives and enhance overall dealership performance.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt service offerings and maintain competitive advantage. Requirements Proven experience in fixed operations leadership within the automotive industry. * Strong understanding of service, parts, and collision operations management.
