  • Recruit, hire, train, direct, evaluate, and mentor staff across multiple locations.
  • Deliver daily operational updates and disseminate information to personnel at all operating sites.
  • Ensure daily performance goals are met and provide productivity status reports to leadership.
  • Oversee technical and analytical components of the operation to achieve both short and longterm objectives.
  • Establish unit goals, set priorities, manage deadlines, and allocate personnel based on evolving mission needs.
  • Expertise in operational oversight within a large-scale, mission-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational performance, customer satisfaction, and procedural effectiveness.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency in assessing and addressing training needs across diverse teams.
