Job description

Chick-fil-A Indian River Road is hiring a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily shift execution, develop team members and team leaders, and own key areas of operational performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to lead from the floor, maintain strong standards in a fast-paced environment, and help build a team that operates with consistency, accountability, and professionalism.

What You'll Do
  • Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations during peak and non-peak hours
  • Direct team members in real time to maintain strong execution, organization, and pace
  • Ensure consistent performance in speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
  • Coach team members and team leaders through live feedback, follow-up, and accountability
  • Own and improve one or more areas of the business such as training, food safety, maintenance, team care, kitchen operations, or administrative systems
  • Identify and develop emerging leaders through structured coaching and on-the-job development
  • Solve operational problems proactively to keep shifts running effectively
  • Support overall restaurant performance through disciplined execution and strong team leadership
