Job description

We're Not Looking for Someone to Manage Operations.
We're Looking for Someone to Build Them.
At HSP Direct, we don't hire people to maintain the status quo, we hire people to raise the standard.
Our mission is to elect conservative leaders and advance organizations that defend freedom. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an operational leader who can build scalable systems, develop high-performing teams, and create operational excellence.
This isn't a role for someone who simply keeps projects moving.
It's a role for someone who wants to build the operating system behind one of the nation's leading conservative fundraising agencies.
What You'll Do
• Build and improve systems that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers.
• Create KPIs that improve forecasting, throughput, quality, and accountability.
• Drive innovation through process improvement, AI, automation, and new technologies.
• Partner with senior leadership to solve complex operational challenges before they become problems.
Why You Fit This Role
• You thrive on improving systems and solving problems.
• You create clarity from complexity.
• You take ownership, hold high standards, and enjoy developing people as much as improving processes.
• You don't ask, "How have we always done it?" Instead, you ask, "How can we make it better?"
Qualifications
• Proven experience leading teams and improving operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience managing vendors, deadlines, budgets, and multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• High degree of ownership and accountability
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP preferred
• Experience in operations, project management, agency operations, manufacturing, logistics, consulting, fundraising, or related industries is a plus
Location
• Full-time, in-office
• Ashburn, VA
Build Something That Matters
X If you're looking to simply manage projects, this isn't the role for you.
If you're looking to build systems, develop people, solve meaningful challenges, and leave a lasting operational legacy, we'd love to meet you.
