POSITION SUMMARY As a Director of Operations you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of Inland Mechanical Services Inc.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial oversight, team leadership, process improvement, and business growth strategies.

The role demands strong sales acumen, the ability to train and mentor team members, and a proven track record of scaling business operations beyond $20 million in revenue.

  • Proven track record of scaling a business beyond $20 million in revenue.
  • Strong sales and business development background, with a deep understanding of revenue growth strategies.
  • Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with a results-driven mindset.
