What You'll DoLead the Admissions Experience
  • Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in

  • Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families

  • Track, analyze, and report census data Build & Strengthen Referral Networks

  • Develop relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners

  • Identify and pursue new referral opportunities

  • Represent the facility at community and networking events Drive Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Create and execute local marketing strategies

  • Coordinate community outreach events

  • Manage online presence and reputation

  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on branding and messaging

Partner with Internal Teams
  • Align census goals with operational leadership

  • Provide referral updates and forecasting

  • Ensure staff readiness for incoming residents

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology

Preferred:

  • Degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Social Work, Marketing, or related field

  • Active LPN license in the state of practice

  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care admissions
