Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.
  • Strong experience with strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to drive productivity improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • AS400 knowledge and Bath & Kitchen industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-year procurement and category sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service, and innovation.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, benchmarking initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies for assigned categories.
