Job Summary:
Crisis24 is a global provider of travel risk management and crisis-security consulting. The Director of Product Management will lead the strategy and performance of Crisis24's flagship SaaS platform, overseeing a team and ensuring the platform meets customer needs while driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Horizon platform and associated Enterprise & Commercial solutions.
• Establish portfolio priorities and investment recommendations aligned to company objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead platform evolution and modernization initiatives, balancing investment in Horizon with the successful migration of customers from legacy products.
• Develop product strategies that support multiple go-to-market motions, including direct enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, embedded offerings, and partner-distributed solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, operational efficiency, and market differentiation.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for major investments, partnerships, and platform initiatives.
• Own portfolio performance, including customer adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Use customer insights, market intelligence, product analytics, and commercial performance data to guide strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities across direct and indirect channels, ensuring products effectively support both enterprise customers and strategic partner ecosystems.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies that support portfolio growth and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop three Senior Product Managers responsible for Platform & Integrations, Mass Notification Solutions, and Risk Management Solutions.
• Build leadership capability across the broader Product Management organization through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Establish and continuously improve Product Management operating practices, governance frameworks, and portfolio management disciplines.
• Foster a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Encourage thoughtful adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness, decision-making, and speed to market.
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to align product strategy, technical direction, and investment priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, and other business functions.
• Influence strategic decisions and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with Partnership and Business Development teams to ensure product investments support strategic alliances, channel growth, and emerging distribution opportunities.
• Represent Product Management in executive discussions, customer engagements, strategic initiatives, and industry-facing activities.
• Serve as the senior Product Management leader for the Enterprise & Commercial portfolio, providing visibility into performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of Product Management experience within software or SaaS organizations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including leading Product Managers and developing future product leaders.
• Demonstrated success defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise software products.
• Experience leading product organizations through growth, transformation, platform modernization, or customer migration initiatives.
• Experience managing complex product portfolios with significant commercial responsibility, multiple stakeholder groups, and diverse routes to market.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with prioritization, investment decisions, pricing, packaging, and business case development.
• Experience establishing and scaling Product Management operating practices, governance models, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, Operations, and Partnership functions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
• Experience leading Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing platform-based products serving enterprise customers globally.
• Experience supporting partner-led, embedded, marketplace, B2B2B, or B2B2C business models.
• Experience with platform transformation, product consolidation, customer migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting products within risk management, security operations, intelligence, crisis management, duty of care, mass notification, or related industries.
