Whisper Homes LLC is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee our projects in Incline Village, NV. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
  • Develop and manage the construction department’s budget, including forecasting project costs and controlling expenses to stay within financial limits.
  • Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, and contractors, ensuring favorable terms that protect the organization’s interests.
