Overview
Responsible for optimizing and managing processes related to revenue generation. Analyst will work to integrate business objectives and system functionality. This role is responsible for tool management, process improvement, testing and launch of system changes, and collaboration among various work groups.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external teams serving as a resource on projects, research assignments, and similar to analyze, communicate and validate requirements for change to existing business processes, policies and technology to effectively implement business strategy changes through technology.
  • Supports projects and initiatives with direction or guidance from senior team members and leadership. Acts as the point analyst on fast track/ small to medium-sized configuration changes.
  • Executes testing to ensure tools and solutions are fully functional and approved prior to release and participates in the creation of launch planning to support the delivery of process and system changes.
  • Participates in analysis of outside vendors and sales tools, drives strategy and direction of new and existing tools
  • Supports sales technology platforms including Salesforce, Gong, Power BI, and related revenue systems, ensuring tools are optimized, configured, and aligned with business needs.
  • Develops and executes sales and marketing campaigns, including territory analysis, TAM evaluation, lead routing, outreach cadence design, campaign monitoring, and performance measurement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience - Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in customer-service oriented role.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting or equivalent role.
  • 1 year of experience in Paychex or related industry experience.
  • 1 year of experience in Salesforce or CRM Technology experience.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $62,000-$97,400 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
