ABOUT THE ROLE

Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Retail Media Strategy

  • Define and execute retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels
  • Build scalable media offerings that drive incremental revenue
  • Establish media packages, pricing models, and go-to-market approach

 Vendor Partnerships & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and manage relationships with key vendor partners
  • Create co-op marketing programs and media packages
  • Drive adoption and growth of retail media offerings

 Platform & Execution

  • Work with third-party platforms (e.g., Epsilon) to execute vendor campaigns
  • Oversee campaign delivery and optimization
  • Manage external sales team, other partners and overall execution

 Analytics & Performance

  • Leverage Epsilon’s platform to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Track metrics including ROAS, conversion, and revenue impact
  • Provide insights to stakeholders and vendors

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams
  • Integrate media into the customer journey
  • Ensure strong customer experience alignment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • 8+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or ecommerce marketing
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Experience with retail media platforms or ad tech
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing

 Preferred

  • Experience in consumer electronics or tech retail
  • Familiarity with Epsilon or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
