The MBA Program Manager supports the coordination, integration, and growth of CBA's MBA program. This position plays a key role in recruitment and enrollment activities, program operations, and cross-functional coordination, working closely with faculty leadership and administrative partners.
The Manager helps ensure effective communication with prospective and current students, supports day-to-day program operations, and contributes to initiatives that enhance program visibility, enrollment growth, and operational efficiency. The role is expected to evolve over time in scope and responsibility as program needs and enrollment demands develop.
Job Duties
Responsibility Area: Promotion, Recruitment & Enrollment Support Duties:
  • Strategic management, engagement, and execution in the full enrollment management funnel (prospective student relationships, admissions processes, program onboarding, current student and graduation support).
  • Support recruitment and outreach efforts to promote growth in the MBA program
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries and providing program information
  • Assist in managing prospective student communications and engagement activities
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, including information sessions and outreach initiatives
  • Track and maintain recruitment and enrollment data and assist with reporting

  • Collaborate and coordinate with all CBA programs to support strategic outreach efforts
  • Oversee current student success operations, including academic advising processes, current student communications, current student events and programming.
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison for current students

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the MBA program including scheduling, logistics, and program support
  • Implement initiatives that maintain and improve processes, communication workflows, operational efficiency, scalability of operations
  • Maintain program-related data and assist with reporting and analysis
  • Use available tools and systems (e.g., CRM, student information systems) to track engagement and program activity
  • Assist in development and maintenance of program processes, documentation, and timelines
  • Support implementation of program initiatives and events
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (faculty, advising, admissions, registrar, graduate studies) to support integrated program delivery
