Job Description -
We are looking for a Program Manager (SM or AD level) to drive end to end development and implementation of SMART on FHIR App targeting leading EHR vendors in the market (EPIC, Cerner). The Role will support customer in planning, strategizing and end to end coordination of program alongside customer stakeholders and third party vendors (EHR Vendors like EPIC and Cerner).
Must Haves
- Healthcare Provider experience
- Program Management Experience for Large scale Healthcare Provider implementations.
- Exposure and awareness of Electronic Health Record software (Various Products in the market , Workflow etc., Target users)
- Exceptional Communication skill, working with Senior Stakeholders for Client Organization.
- Experience driving and owning programs to success working on Behalf of Customer
- Experience working with Third party Vendors (preferably EHR Vendors) on behalf of Customer to drive conversations and discussions.
- Coordinate with offshore team and Project Managers to deliver program status and reporting and other program deliverables per SOW.
- Work with Delivery and Practice teams to ensure optimal solution is delivered (Architecture and Design wise)
- Coordinate with Architecture and Infrastructure teams at Client Organization alongside Cognizant teams to drive Design, Architecture and Deployment planning.
- Quick learner on New concepts specific to this program and guide team members to enhance their skills
- Provide guidance to delivery teams on Concepts that are specific to this program
- Act as Healthcare Provider and EHR SME for Customer and Cognizant Delivery teams.
- Research on areas of interests for customer (for this program) and provide recommendations/reports as needed.
Nice to Have
- Awareness of the following technology (need to learn concepts quickly if not aware)
o FHIR
o SMART on FHIR App
o OIDC and OAuth2.0
- API integration experience with EPIC and Cerner
- SMART on FHIR App Development Experience (Standalone / EHR Launch / Patient Portal Launch)
- Implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 in Healthcare scenario
- Any experience with EPIC and Cerner would be added advantage
- Any experience with Healthcare Interoperability would be a plus.
- Experience in implementing Cloud based solutions (AWS)
