You will report directly to our Chief Technology & Software Portfolio Leader PA and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA OR Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8 or more years of experience in engineering program management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Lead and oversee the engineering program management function, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects.
Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Provide guidance and support to engineering program managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate project status and updates.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Drive process improvements and standardization across the engineering program management function.
