Job description

We are representing an industry leading Fortune 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Senior Program Manager at their flagship operation campus. Our client has experienced rapid growth and is looking to begin the interview process ASAP. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Candidate will report to the Director of Operations while managing (end to end) customer programs and tooling.
  • Responsible for overall tooling strategy, capacity planning, and execution aligned to customer demand and production requirements.
  • Lead Program Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from quote through production launch.
  • Own department financials including budgeting, cost modeling, and capital planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and supply chain to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure technical requirements and specifications are achieved

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred
  • Candidate should possess 5+ years of Program/Project Management and Plant Manufacturing Engineering experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting tooling, product launches, or capital equipment projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability (DFM), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
