  • Lead and oversee New Product Development (NPD) initiatives
  • Assemble and guide a Program Management team
  • Drive successful execution of major NPD projects
  • Foster alignment and collaboration across multiple functional areas

  • Conduct quality control on all major NPD projects
  • Develop and maintain NPD Project Execution Standards, Playbook & Discipline
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment across all parties involved
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (or foreign degree equivalent)
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • 8 years of experience in New Product development and integration for product launch
  • 8 years of experience in Leading cross-functional teams
  • 8 years of experience in Conducting product cost analysis and management
  • 8 years of experience in Tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for production performance
