Your role Lead a team of approximately 10 to 15 professionals responsible for Capital Markets reconciliation activities. Coach team members in their development by identifying learning opportunities and supporting their progression. Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and continuity of reconciliation operations in collaboration with teams involved across the transaction lifecycle. Contribute to transformation initiatives focused on process simplification, automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Oversee the implementation of new products and projects by ensuring strong controls, sound risk management, and reduced manual exceptions. Represent your sector in cross-functional initiatives involving Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Technology, Risk Management, Front Office, and other business partners.
