We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Supervise and lead nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure a skilled and compassionate team.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring they align with individual needs and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of excellence in patient care, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
