About the Role

The Director of Nursing will oversee clinical operations across multiple outpatient locations and provide leadership to nursing and clinical teams. This role partners closely with physicians, administrators, and executive leadership to support consistent clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and an outstanding patient experience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day clinical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support nursing and clinical teams across multiple locations, with a primary focus on vascular services.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Clinical Services and physicians across the AIM Health network.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
  • Standardize clinical workflows and operational processes across sites.
  • Partner with physicians and executive leadership to support growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor staffing levels, performance metrics, and operational outcomes.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders and clinical staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient care.
