Description

Summary

The Director - Business Development & Marketing sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, and brand - leading the charge on how B&D Industries wins work, builds lasting client relationships, and shows up in the market. The role requires a forward-thinking leader who thrives on driving revenue, shaping competitive positioning, and building a high-performing team aligned with B&D's mission, vision, and values. This role owns the full business development lifecycle from identifying and qualifying opportunities to crafting winning proposals and cultivating relationships that fuel long-term growth. If you're energized by building something meaningful, leading with purpose, and making a real impact in a company that values people as much as performance, this is your seat at the table.
