Multimedia Manager

Position Summary

The Multimedia Manager is responsible for developing and executing Trintech's multimedia strategy, creating compelling visual content that elevates our brand, engages target audiences, and supports business growth. This role oversees the end-to-end production of video, motion graphics, photography, podcasts, interactive experiences, and digital media across marketing campaigns, product launches, customer stories, events, internal communications, and social media.

The ideal candidate is equal parts creative storyteller, technical expert, and strategic marketer-someone who thrives on turning complex B2B concepts into engaging visual experiences while continuously improving how multimedia supports demand generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Multimedia Strategy & Content Creation

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of multimedia projects from concept through final delivery, including storyboarding, filming, editing, animation, motion graphics, and post-production.
  • Produce high-quality video and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, product marketing, social media, internal communications, customer education, events, and executive communications.
  • Translate complex B2B software capabilities into compelling visual stories that clearly communicate customer value.
  • Develop interactive multimedia experiences, including virtual product demonstrations, interactive web content, ROI calculators, and other digital engagement tools.
  • Create and maintain a library of reusable video, photography, motion graphics, and multimedia assets that reinforce Trintech's visual identity.

Video Production

  • Capture professional-quality video in studio and on location.
  • Direct and manage all technical aspects of production, including lighting, audio, camera setup, framing, and on-camera talent.
  • Shoot and edit customer success stories, product demonstrations, executive interviews, brand videos, and event coverage.
  • Produce and edit Trintech's monthly podcast, including recording, post-production, publishing, and distribution across major podcast platforms.

Brand & Creative Leadership

  • Ensure all multimedia assets align with Trintech's brand standards, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Corporate Communications to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as the organization's multimedia subject matter expert, recommending creative approaches, emerging technologies, and production best practices.

Digital Experience & Optimization

  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Content teams to optimize multimedia assets for website performance, SEO, accessibility, and user engagement.
  • Monitor multimedia performance using analytics and provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and content effectiveness.
  • Maintain multimedia asset management systems, ensuring content is organized, current, and easily accessible while archiving outdated materials.

Operations & Resource Management

  • Manage multimedia production schedules, project timelines, budgets, and external vendors as needed.
  • Evaluate and recommend new equipment, software, and production technologies to expand organizational capabilities.
  • Measure the effectiveness and business impact of multimedia initiatives to guide future content investments.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional multimedia, video production, or creative services experience, preferably supporting B2B marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in video production, photography, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition (or comparable editing platforms).
  • Experience operating professional camera, lighting, audio, and studio equipment.
  • Strong storytelling, visual design, and creative direction skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience producing content for SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
  • Familiarity with interactive content platforms, product demonstration software, and web-based multimedia experiences.
  • Knowledge of video SEO, accessibility standards, and digital content optimization.
