• Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities to ensure our production capabilities consistently hit key performance targets.
• Foster a safer, more organized facility by leading projects that reduce rework and scrap while improving inventory accuracy and ergonomics.
• Empower our workforce by providing the necessary training and resources to ensure team members succeed in meeting company goals.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by motivating and encouraging staff members across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with design engineering to provide early input on manufacturability, ensuring new products launch smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain strict adherence to corporate, HAZMAT, and ISO standards while ensuring all process documentation remains current.
• Take ownership of resolving complex challenges within the distribution and manufacturing environments.
• Serve as a key member of the Corporate Leadership Team, setting a positive example through ethical decision-making and policy compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with all established DMP Data Classification Standards.
• Remain adaptable to evolving job duties as determined by senior leadership.
