Lead the Future of Integrated Care at EPIC Health

EPIC Health is seeking an experienced Director of Operations – Integrated Care to oversee the operational performance, growth, and strategic development of our integrated service lines, including:

  • Behavioral Health
  • Specialty Services
  • PATH Programs (MindPATH, ReliefPATH, and BalancePATH)

PATHs are EPIC Health's structured, longitudinal care programs designed to improve outcomes for patients with complex behavioral health, musculoskeletal, and metabolic health needs. Through MindPATH, ReliefPATH, and BalancePATH, patients receive coordinated, multidisciplinary care that extends beyond traditional episodic treatment and focuses on long-term health, recovery, and wellness.

This role is ideal for a healthcare leader with both clinical and operational experience. We welcome candidates with backgrounds such as Psychology, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, Physician Assistant, Physician, or other healthcare disciplines who have successfully transitioned into administrative leadership roles.

The Director will partner closely with clinical leaders to improve patient outcomes, drive operational excellence, and support the continued growth of EPIC Health's integrated care platform.

What You'll DoOperational Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day operations across integrated care service lines.
  • Develop and implement scalable workflows, processes, and performance standards.
  • Improve patient access, engagement, retention, and outcomes.
  • Support growth initiatives, new service offerings, and program expansion.
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic priorities.
Behavioral Health, Specialty & PATHWAYS Oversight
  • Support operational performance of behavioral health, specialty care, and PATHWAYS programs.
  • Optimize scheduling, patient flow, provider utilization, and care coordination.
  • Ensure consistent patient experiences and operational standards across programs.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and operational teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Financial & Performance Management
  • Manage departmental budgets and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor productivity, revenue, patient retention, and service line performance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and process improvement.
Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Lead operational improvement initiatives and support value-based care objectives.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to improve performance and patient outcomes.
What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Clinical Healthcare Discipline, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
  • Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary healthcare programs, service lines, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of integrated care delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field).
  • Clinical background preferred (Psychology, PT, Nursing, Social Work, PA, MD/DO, or similar).
  • Experience with behavioral health, specialty care, rehabilitation, care management, population health, or integrated healthcare programs.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience preferred.
