Our client is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of specialty products serving professional, healthcare, beauty, and consumer markets. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where inventory accuracy is critical to customer satisfaction and operational success.

As an Inventory Control Clerk, you'll play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, supporting cycle count programs, and ensuring inventory data integrity across warehouse systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and making a direct impact on warehouse performance.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Inventory Control Clerk Duties:
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and inventory transaction errors
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
  • Support receiving, shipping, replenishment, and inventory control activities throughout the warehouse
  • Partner with warehouse, operations, and purchasing teams to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay:
  • $22/hr

Inventory Control Clerk Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of inventory control, inventory specialist, stock counting, or inventory discrepancy resolution experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using a warehouse management system such as SAP, Oracle, D365, NetSuite, Körber HighJump, or similar platforms
  • RF scanner experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, squat, bend, and perform detailed counting activities
