We’re searching for a talented and driven Manager/Director of Critical Facilities & Data Center Services to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day:

Market Development & Growth

  • Develop and execute Rogers Electric's strategy for entering and expanding within the data center and critical facilities market.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, REITs, and mission-critical facility operators.
  • Identify and secure opportunities for:
    • Electrical infrastructure projects
    • Facility upgrades
    • MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) programs
    • Preventive maintenance services
    • Capacity expansion initiatives
    • Critical power and distribution upgrades
  • Represent Rogers Electric at industry conferences, trade associations, and customer events.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic data center accounts.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with:
    • Facility Directors
    • Critical Environment Managers
    • Data Center Operations Leaders
    • Construction Managers
    • Program Managers
    • Procurement Teams
  • Build long-term account strategies that drive recurring revenue opportunities.

Program & Project Leadership

  • Develop scalable processes for managing multi-site MAC and facilities programs.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate resources across estimating, project management, operations, and field execution.
  • Monitor project performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

Industry Expertise

  • Maintain deep knowledge of:
    • Critical power systems
    • Electrical distribution infrastructure
    • Data center operations
    • Uptime Institute standards
    • Facility reliability practices
    • Mission-critical maintenance programs
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the hyperscale and colocation sectors.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Required

  • 5+ years of experience within data center facilities, critical infrastructure, mission-critical operations, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated relationships with hyperscale providers, colocation operators, or major data center owners.
  • Experience leading facility operations, infrastructure programs, construction projects, or MAC initiatives within data center environments.
  • Strong project management and program leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of business development and account growth.
  • Knowledge of critical electrical systems, UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and power distribution infrastructure.

Preferred

  • Experience working with major hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, or Oracle.
  • Experience supporting colocation providers such as Equinix, Digital Realty, CyrusOne, QTS, Vantage, Aligned, or DataBank.
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management experience.
  • Background in electrical contracting, mission-critical construction, or facility operations.
