Description

The Director of Operations will build and lead the operational infrastructure that enables CG Financial Services to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service, strong compliance standards, and operational excellence.


This role ensures the firm's strategy is translated into clear processes, scalable systems, and accountable teams so that advisors and leadership can focus on growth, client relationships, and strategic initiatives.

The Director of Operations will lead and oversee:

  • Firm Operations - ensuring consistent, efficient operational processes across departments
  • Strategic Execution - translating leadership priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes
  • Service & Sales Infrastructure - improving new client onboarding, service workflows, and client experience
  • Technology & Systems - optimizing CRM, reporting, portfolio management, and integrated platforms across departments
  • Compliance Support & Risk Controls - maintaining operational standards that support regulatory requirements
  • Process Improvement & Scaling - standardizing workflows and eliminating inefficiencies
  • Operations Team Leadership - developing and managing the firm's operational and corporate staff
