As Director of Education, you will lead the academic program at your campus. Your work will ensure academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture!

Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead with heart - bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth.
  • Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree (required) - preferably in education or a related field - advanced degrees are a plus!
  • 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred.
  • Skilled in coaching, developing, and inspiring teachers.
  • Passion around personalized learning and student growth.
