What You'll Do
As our Director of Operations, you'll be the driving force behind your market's success. You will:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams
  • Ensure operational excellence across all locations
  • Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability
  • Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards
  • Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management
