The Stewardship Department is seeking a full-time Director of Stewardship & Development Operations to create, coordinate and oversee key campaigns and stewardship initiatives for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and its parishes. This position offers an opportunity to combine faith, leadership, and development expertise to help foster a culture of generosity and discipleship throughout the Archdiocese.
Reporting to the Director of the Stewardship Department & Chief Development Officer, this staff member plays a key leadership role in designing and implementing development and stewardship initiatives that support the mission of the Archdiocese and its parishes. The Director will oversee the annual appeal for the Archdiocese, the Catholic Ministries Appeal (CMA), work with parish leaders to strengthen offertory and stewardship efforts, and assist with major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns.
Requires a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of three years' experience in fundraising, program management, or similar fields. Candidates should possess excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, along with experience working with donor databases and fundraising systems, preferably Salesforce. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic, familiar with the structure and teachings of the Church and able to clearly articulate the mission of the Church and Catholic teaching regarding stewardship and development.
