Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize engineering operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the property's infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage the engineering team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering services.
  • Implement sustainable hospitality engineering initiatives to drive energy conservation and green facility management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director required
  • Proven experience in hotel, institutional, and commercial HVAC systems management (3-5 years)
  • Refrigeration, HVAC certification
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, preventative maintenance systems etc
  • Budget management, cost control and financial responsibility experience with stationary engineering licensed preferred Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
