What are some common challenges faced by a director of cultivation in a commercial cannabis operation?

A Director of Cultivation often faces challenges such as managing large-scale grow environments, ensuring consistent plant health, and adapting to changing regulatory requirements. Balancing the implementation of new technologies with budget constraints and training staff on best practices is also essential.
