Viridian Staffing is seeking a seasoned Director of Cultivation to join our client's expanding cannabis operation located approximately 20 minutes outside of Victorville, California. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm exclusively dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis and hemp industry. In this role, you'll lead a large team across all aspects of cultivation operations. You'll be responsible for directing a team of department leads while overseeing daily workflows, ensuring quality control, and supporting ongoing improvements in yield, efficiency, and compliance. Your leadership will play a key role in guiding production and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience managing cultivation teams in regulated environments. You're a hands-on, data-driven leader who understands how to manage people, optimize performance, and build systems that support scalable success. You're also comfortable using digital tools to track progress, monitor output, and report results. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to keep teams aligned and motivated. A professional demeanor and a passion for continuous improvement are a must.
