Senior Manager Social Content

About your role:

You will lead social content strategy and execution that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and audience engagement. You will partner with marketing, creative, communications, and business stakeholders to develop content programs across social channels. Your work will shape how Fiserv connects with target audiences through planned campaigns, real-time content, and performance-driven optimization.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social content across priority channels to support business, campaign, and brand objectives.
  • Develop editorial calendars, content frameworks, and channel-specific messaging aligned to audience needs and marketing priorities.
  • Partner with demand generation, creative, communications, and product marketing teams to produce social content that supports integrated campaigns.
  • Evaluate channel performance, engagement trends, and content effectiveness using platform analytics and reporting tools.
  • Optimize content strategy based on performance data, testing results, audience insights, and changing platform requirements.
  • Manage and develop a team of content professionals, including setting priorities, coaching performance, and supporting career growth.
  • Establish workflows, review processes, and quality standards that improve content consistency, governance, and timely delivery.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, digital marketing, or integrated campaign development for a business-to-business, financial services, technology, or similarly regulated environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a marketing, content, or digital communications function.
  • 8+ years of experience developing multi-channel content strategies, editorial calendars, and performance reporting using social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience using measurable content performance indicators, campaign metrics, and audience insights to inform planning and optimization.
  • Ability to write, edit, and review channel-specific content with clear brand, governance, and audience alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting demand generation programs with paid and organic social content.
  • Experience in financial technology, payments, commerce, or financial services marketing.
  • Experience working with social media management, publishing, listening, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience partnering with brand, legal, and compliance stakeholders in a regulated environment.
