  • Handle highly confidential financial and strategic information with exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Works directly with the SVP of Capital Markets and partners cross-functionally with Executive Leadership, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Real Estate, Construction, Development, and Operations. The role also coordinates with lenders, investors, financial institutions, consultants, and outside advisors. • Strong knowledge of debt and equity financing, credit analysis, valuation, transaction execution, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce accurate, executive-ready work products.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and confidential matters with limited supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
