Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to oversee business development strategy, capture efforts, proposal operations, and customer engagement initiatives. This individual will lead a collaborative team responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing pursuit activities, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting continued organizational growth.

This position offers the opportunity to enhance an already successful business development function by improving processes, developing strategic partnerships, and guiding complex federal pursuit efforts. Key Responsibilities:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Direct proposal development activities for new business, contract renewals, RFIs, and other competitive submissions

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Lead and mentor a team responsible for capture and proposal management functions

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Collaborate with operations, finance, executive leadership, and subject matter experts throughout the business development lifecycle

Qualifications:
