Job Title: Director of Sales

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our growth efforts at K4Connect. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue, managing high-performing sales teams, and cultivating strong customer relationships. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our target markets. Domain experience selling to senior living communities is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development - Execute on business development strategy to identify new growth opportunities and expand K4Connect’s presence in the Senior Living Market. 

  2. Forecast and Pipeline Management - Enhance sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.

  3. Market Research - Ongoing research on market tendencies within the senior living space to identify new trends, anticipate customer needs, and provide informed decision making. 

  4. Relationship and Partnership Development - Cultivate relationships with key decision makers, company partners, and industry associations to enhance K4Connect’s strategic alliances. 

  5. Collaboration - Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales initiatives with business goals and product launches.

  6. Reporting and Analytics - Maintain accurate reporting and analytics within the designated CRM system for refined data-driven insights on growth performance. 

  7. Social Responsibility - Represent K4Connect at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products, generate new business, and cultivate relationships. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a technology, senior living or healthcare-related industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

  • Experience working with a startup is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of the senior living or healthcare industry is a must.
