From new products, to channels, geographies and more, this team is responsible for evaluating global growth potential organization-wide.Position OverviewThe Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will build and lead Johnsonville?s U.S. RGM team to enable sustained, profitable growth by systematically activating revenue levers across pack price architecture, trade investment optimization, mix management, and strategic pricing, grounded in deep consumer and customer insight.

The team balances consumer value, customer needs, and company profit goals while acting as the hub that connects sales, marketing, finance, and category management to financial outcomes.
