Job Summary: The Integration Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising on-site integration activities related to the installation, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and restoration of critical wireless systems. This role serves as the primary field leader for integration crews, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
   Direct and supervise the installation, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and restoration of critical wireless system components across assigned projects
    Lead field crews from project initiation through completion, ensuring strict adherence to safety policies, quality standards, project budgets, and scheduled timelines
   Serve as a safety leader on-site, ensuring all crew members follow safety protocols and participate in meetings and briefings
    Oversee the loading, execution, and validation of customer software, scripts, and configurations using specialized integration tools to ensure proper system performance and acceptance
   Supervise on-site inventory and material management, ensuring accurate tracking, appropriate utilization, and timely replenishment of project supplies 
   Collect, review, and submit all required on-site closeout documentation in accordance with customer and Company deliverable requirements and timelines 
   Evaluate crew performance, identify skills gaps or improvement opportunities, and provide coaching, feedback, and training recommendations to management
   Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure all work is completed according to customer and Company standards
   Supervise the tracking of on-site inventory and materials, and refresh project supplies as needed
   Maintain open communication with management regarding job status, issues, and changes
   Complete required documentation accurately, including daily reports, job safety observations, quality checklists, and site photos and ensure the crew completes all required Company documentation
   Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles
   Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools, materials, and waste are properly handled and disposed of 
   Train, mentor, and evaluate tower technicians at all levels  
   Travel regularly to job sites, which may include overnight stays
   Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
 
Education: High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
 
Experience: 
   Five years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
   Two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role 
   Two or more years of wireless, DAS, and small cell systems experience
   Demonstrated ability to lead crews and deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget   
   OSHA 30 Construction Training Card 
   Must have or obtain First Aid and CPR certification
   Must have or obtain RF Radiation Safety & Awareness certification
   Other relevant certifications may be required as per the scope of work being performed (i.e. NWSA Certification, Hazcom Certification, Blood Born Pathogen Certification, etc.)
 
Technical Skills:
   Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
   Advanced mathematical skills and calculation ability 
   Advanced knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, and T1 test equipment
   Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting radio frequency data sheets
   Proficient in the use of hand and power tools 
   Competence with GPS, test equipment, and site audit tools
 
Soft Skills:
   Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills  
   Detail-oriented, with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability 
   Follows safety protocols and installation procedures with accuracy and care, and requires others to do the same
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
   Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
   Proven problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities on site 
   Ability to lead, teach, train, and motivate staff 
   Encourages continuous improvement and identifies areas for process enhancement 
 
Physical Requirements: 
   Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
   Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
   Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly 
   Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and grasp materials and tools with both hands
   Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, wind, or snow 
   Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time 
   Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves 
   Ability to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels  
   Ability to work long and unpredictable hours 
   Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including short notice travel. Travel includes local site travel or national travel depending on business needs
$28 - $35 an hour
