Leads the long-range product strategy, global line architecture, assortment direction, pricing framework, and marketplace segmentation to accelerate growth and strengthen TNF's position in Women's and Kids.Acts as the primary voice of the Women's and Kids consumers, ensuring product strategies are built around the unique needs of each consumer rather than adapted from Men's product strategies. Aligns category, activity, and regional teams around cohesive Women's and Kids visions that deliver against brand, consumer, and financial objectives.# **Accountabilities**## **Women's & Kids Business Strategy & Leadership**· Drives the Global 3YP Women's and Kids Apparel strategy and category vision.* Defines the long-range (3–5 year) Women's and Kids product and merchandising strategy across all Apparel activities and classifications.* Serves as the voice of the Women's and Kids consumers, translating consumer insights, marketplace trends, athlete feedback, and regional opportunities into product strategies.* Identifies future growth opportunities, whitespace opportunities, and marketplace shifts to strengthen the Women's and Kids businesses globally.* Ensures Women's and Kids product strategy is developed from the needs of the Women's and Kids consumers rather than as an extension of Men's assortments.* Establishes clear strategic priorities across technical, outdoor, sportstyle, and lifestyle segments.* Ensures alignment across Women's and Kids businesses while developing distinct consumer, product, and marketplace strategies unique to each consumer.## **Global Line Planning & Assortment Architecture**· Owns the Global Women's and Kids line plans and assortment architecture across Apparel.* Develops product range strategies across classifications, defining core assortments, segmentation, and growth opportunities.* Drives segmentation across consumer, category, channel, distribution tier, and region to support sustainable growth.* Balances regional curation needs with a clear and consistent Global vision.* Ensures Women's and Kids product stories, franchises, and innovations are prioritized appropriately throughout the line.## **Pricing, Marketplace & Commercial Partnership**· Defines Global pricing architecture for Women's and Kids Apparel.* Establishes IMU targets, pricing ladders, and margin frameworks to optimize revenue, profitability, and consumer value.* Defines promotional and markdown guardrails in partnership with Planning and Regional Merchandising teams.* Drives omni-channel merchandising strategies to ensure a seamless consumer experience across DTC, Wholesale, Marketplace, and Key Accounts.* Partners with Planning teams to optimize in-season performance and business results.* Drives analytics, consumer insights, and business performance reviews to identify opportunities and recommend actions.## **Organizational Leadership & Merchandising Governance**· Leads the Global Women's and Kids Apparel Merchandising organization.* Directly leads the Women's Classification Merchandising teams:o Jackets* + Tops + Bottoms + Fleece* Leads the Kids Merchandising organization.* Leads the Global Merchandising team based in Shanghai responsible for:o UE Product Management* + ELSA Product Management + Regional Project Product Execution* Establishes merchandising standards, decision frameworks, and operating processes across the Women's and Kids businesses.* Builds organizational capability and develops high-performing talent across the Women's and Kids Merchandising and Product Management organizations.## **Activity & Category Alignment**· Provides strategic leadership across all Women's and Kids Apparel activities.* Ensures alignment between Classification Merchandising, Activity Merchandising, Planning, Design, Development, and Regional Merchandising teams.* Provides functional oversight to the Global Merchandising Director, High Performance & Collaborations, for all Women's and Kids product within Summit Series, Snowsports, Collaborations, Speed Projects, and Project Podium.* Ensures Women's and Kids business objectives are embedded within all activity strategies and category decisions.* Governs trade-offs across activities and classifications to deliver a cohesive Women's and Kids marketplace presentation.## **Cross-Functional & Go-To-Market Leadership**· Partners with Design, Development, Planning, Brand Marketing, Sales, Regional Merchandising, and DTC teams to bring the Women's and Kids vision to life.* Participates in cross-functional Go-To-Market workstreams ensuring alignment from concept through marketplace execution.* Reconciles Global line plans with regional financial targets and marketplace needs at key milestones.* Presents Women's and Kids business strategies, opportunities, and seasonal plans to Executive Leadership.* Acts as the senior advocate for Women's and Kids Apparel across the organization.## **Financial Accountability**· Accountable for overall Women's and Kids Apparel business performance.* Drives achievement of revenue, margin, productivity, and growth targets.* Ensures line plans support financial objectives while maintaining a consumer-first approach.* Partners with Planning to ensure forecasts and business targets are accurate and actionable.## **Skills for Success**· Deep expertise in Global Merchandising, line planning, assortment architecture, and product management.* Strong understanding of Women's and Kids consumer trends, marketplace dynamics, and product strategy.* Proven ability to build consumer-led growth strategies.* Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin, segmentation, and marketplace management.* Ability to influence senior leaders across a complex matrix organization.* Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.* Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into action.* Experience leading global merchandising and product management organizations.## **Experience**· 15+ years of Merchandising, Product Strategy, Product Management, or Category Leadership experience.* Significant experience leading large-scale Apparel businesses.* Strong understanding of Women's and/or Kids consumers and product creation.* Experience managing multi-layer organizations and global teams.* Proven track record driving growth through
