  • Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities that expand product capabilities, improve merchant and customer experiences, or open new revenue streams.

Partnership Lifecycle Leadership
  • Lead the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships-from sourcing and evaluation through negotiation, integration, launch, and ongoing performance management.
  • Act as a key decision-maker in assessing partner fit, technical feasibility, commercial models, and strategic alignment.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for partner-driven product opportunities, ensuring they deliver meaningful business and customer value.

  • Foster strong collaboration with product, engineering, design, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and finance to deliver successful partner integrations.
  • Influence executive stakeholders with clear communication of partnership strategies, business cases, risks, and performance outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure effective prioritization, integration sequencing, and cross-functional readiness.

Ecosystem Development & Performance Optimization
  • Build a high-quality, scalable partner ecosystem that enhances product differentiation and accelerates time-to-market.
  • Develop frameworks for partner tiering, onboarding, certification, technical quality, and lifecycle governance.
  • Monitor partner performance through defined KPIs, driving continuous improvement across integrations, joint solutions, and GTM motions.

Market Insights & Innovation

  • 8-10+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, product management, or related roles in fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology.
  • Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven integrations, platform ecosystems, partner lifecycle management, and product development processes.
  • Experience working across complex, matrixed organizations with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and GTM teams.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating partner performance, strategic fit, and commercial models.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, operate autonomously, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Experience in payments, fraud/risk, commerce, platform technology, or fintech ecosystems is a strong plus.
