A well-established fire suppression organization in the Mohave County area is immediately hiring a sales and results-oriented Fire Sprinkler General Manager to manage, expand, and oversee the company’s profitable growth, and operational success.

As the General Manager, you will continue to grow business and oversee fire protection system installations and service projects; lead project teams to deliver compliant, high-quality commercial projects safely, on schedule, and within budget; provide leadership to project managers, designers, and field personnel; collaborate with sales and construction leadership to drive revenue growth and meet operational performance goals; track and evaluate performance metrics, revenue goals, and key operational KPIs; drive operational review meetings, reviewing proposals and estimates for accuracy; other related duties as required.

SHIFT: Flexible Days, Monday – Friday.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least five (5) years fire sprinkler install, service, and inspection experience
  • Those with fire alarm install, service, and inspection experience considered an asset
  • NICET II certification considered an asset
  • 3-5 proven experience managing fire protection and suppression construction projects with an emphasis in Fire Sprinklers
  • Estimating & Quoting experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficient computer skills with software and tools used in project management and fire protection system design
  • Knowledgeable of financial statements (i.e. Profit & Loss) or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of NFPA  13 and 25 code requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The successfully hired General Manager must pass pre-employment background checks (Drug, Criminal, MVR)
