Inner Fire Wellness Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in Glendale, Arizona. This full-time position is designed to allow therapists the flexibility of remote work while interacting regularly with a supportive team. Our community health clinic operates Monday through Saturday, offering various hours that can be tailored to suit your schedule. With a focus on therapist wellness and administrative support, we provide in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation. This enables our clinicians to dedicate their energy to what they do best—caring for patients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inner Fire Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and triaging care as required.
• Offering therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to each client’s individualized service plan.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and document holistic care plans, ensuring seamless coordination among staff during patient rounds and case consultations.
• Providing compassionate case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community resources and professionals to enhance care continuity and outcomes.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans to comply with departmental standards and ethical practices.
• Utilizing telehealth technology to conduct remote therapy sessions, allowing flexibility for both you and your clients to connect effectively.

Our diverse patient population includes adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing patient engagement and service delivery.

Candidates with previous experience in community mental health settings, familiarity with trauma-informed care practices, or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Additionally, a willingness to work flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, is essential to meet patient needs.
