Job description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Sprinkler Fitterโ€™s for a project located in Prescott, AZ.  This is a full-time opportunity with a pay range of $25-$27 /hour based on experience plus lodging & $75/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a Sprinkler Fitter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:         

  • Install and fit steel pipe for commercial wet sprinkler systems
  • Run sprinkler piping and associated mechanical components
  • Assist with riser and fire pump installations
  • Hang pipe and pipe hangers from trusses and overhead structures
  • Measure, cut, thread, and assemble piping systems
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure quality installations and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

  • Must have experience fitting and installing commercial fire sprinkler systems
  • Must have experience working with steel pipe
  • Must have knowledge of wet sprinkler systems, risers, and pumps
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and hanging pipe from trusses
  • Must have basic hand tools including channel locks, pipe wrenches, and drills
  • Harness is a plus but not required
  • Must be reliable with the ability to work a travel schedule
