Inner Fire Wellness Center is actively searching for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

The work setting at Inner Fire Wellness Center is fully remote, which allows for flexibility in your work-life balance while serving clients in various outpatient settings. Our office operates Monday through Saturday, giving you the opportunity to manage your own schedule flexibly. We provide in-house credentialing and take care of your insurance participation, so you can focus on what you do best - helping clients thrive.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will perform a variety of essential duties that contribute to the overall effectiveness of our therapeutic services:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities to support clients in addressing their specific challenges.
• Document each patient's assessment and treatment plan clearly and comprehensively, ensuring all communication aligns with interdisciplinary care plans and facilitates effective collaboration during patient rounds.
• Provide ongoing case management, collaborating with other professionals and community programs to deliver cohesive care tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Maintain ethical standards and complete all documentation in a timely manner, fulfilling departmental expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on various client demographics, including individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues. You will be equipped to work with adolescents and adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is integral in helping clients establish effective coping strategies and achieving their personal growth goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, with further qualifications to support licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical experience of at least 2 years in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of clinical experience, we encourage applicants with diverse backgrounds in various therapeutic approaches or those who have worked with specific patient populations to apply. Experience in providing case management and a collaborative care approach is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Fire Wellness Center is proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional perks include:
