Work Environment

As a remote-based organization, Inner Fire Wellness Center champions a flexible work environment where clinicians have the autonomy to establish their schedules while still engaging in a supportive team culture. Our operational hours are Monday through Saturday, allowing you the freedom to tailor your work hours in alignment with personal commitments and patient needs. We provide in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation, streamlining your administrative processes to allow you more time to focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring to tailor interventions according to the unique needs of each client.
• Initiate and conduct detailed treatment plans based on initial assessments, evaluating progress proactively and adjusting as needed to achieve the best outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and other community professionals through meetings and documentation to ensure cohesive treatment approaches and communication.
• Maintain ethical standards in documentation, completing necessary records in a timely manner to uphold departmental expectations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in both individual and group settings to assist patients in achieving their personalized treatment goals.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

At Inner Fire Wellness Center, we offer a competitive annual salary range from USD 70,000 to 100,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
