Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and managing day-to-day marketing activities across all channels. This role serves as the operational engine of the marketing team, translating brand strategy, campaign direction, and business priorities into coordinated, on-time execution.
Reporting to the Creative Director, this individual ensures that campaigns are deployed effectively across digital, dealer, retail, and marketplace channels while maintaining alignment with brand standards, timelines, and performance goals.
Primary Duties
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ecommerce, email, social, dealer, and marketplace channels.
  • Translate high-level campaign strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage campaign calendars including product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time, with all required assets, messaging, and channel coordination.

Channel Coordination
  • Coordinate execution across key channels including website, email (Klaviyo), social media, paid media (via agency), and dealer communications.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Marketplace, and Sales teams to align marketing execution with business priorities.

Day-to-Day Marketing Operations
  • Own the daily execution workflow of marketing activities, including promotions, site updates, content deployment, and campaign rollouts.
  • Manage internal marketing requests and prioritize workload based on business impact.
  • Maintain visibility into all active marketing initiatives and ensure progress against deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Creative, Ecommerce, Commercial Operations, and Product teams to ensure campaign readiness.
  • Align product launches with marketing activation plans, ensuring content, assets, and messaging are coordinated.

Process & Workflow Management
  • Establish and maintain workflows for campaign planning, approvals, and execution.
  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable processes.
  • Utilize project management tools (Jira) to track tasks and ensure accountability.

Team Support & Execution Leadership
  • Provide direction and coordination to cross-functional contributors involved in campaign execution.
  • Ensure all stakeholders understand timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Reinforce a culture of accountability, speed, and execution excellence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing including ecommerce, email, social, and paid media.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume marketing environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Adobe Commerce, social platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in powersports, automotive aftermarket, or enthusiast-driven industries preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,600.00 to $94,500.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
As a Dorman US contributor, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid time off (sick/vacation), and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
