Job description

Le Vian is seeking a driven, relationship-first Account Executive to own and grow our most strategic retail partnerships. As the primary, in-office point of contact for major accounts, you will be responsible for the full account relationship ? from product curation and sell-in strategy to sales performance, marketing alignment, and long-term growth. This role demands someone who combines deep jewelry industry knowledge with sharp sales instincts and the determination to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.

What You'll Do
Account Ownership & Sales Growth
? Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned major retail accounts, building and deepening relationships with buyers and decision-makers
? Own revenue targets for your accounts ? proactively identify and execute strategies to drive sales growth, expand assortments, and capture new opportunities
? Conduct regular business reviews with buyers to assess performance, align on strategy, and present new product initiatives
? Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch through close, with the tenacity and professionalism to navigate complex buying organizations
Product & Merchandising Strategy
? Curate account-specific product assortments using sales data, trend insight, and intimate knowledge of the Le Vian collection
? Develop and manage merchandising strategies including core assortment, newness introductions, style exits, and replenishment guidelines
? Partner with Product Development to surface customer needs and translate field feedback into actionable product direction
? Establish store-level pricing and maintain a disciplined focus on sell-through and profitability
Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
? Collaborate with the Marketing team to select product for ads, catalogs, and digital campaigns; ensure proper brand representation across all channels
? Coordinate with internal teams ? including operations, logistics, and legal ? to ensure smooth execution of all account initiatives
? Ensure all styles are photographed and approved per brand standards; liaise with Marketing and Legal on layouts and approvals
Field & Trade Support
? Gather and relay field intelligence on what's working, what isn't, and what retailers need to succeed
? Represent Le Vian at industry events including the annual JCK Las Vegas trade show and other key market moments
? Support store-level execution of programs, promotions, and product launches as needed

What You Bring
Required
? 5+ years of sales or account management experience, with demonstrated success managing major retail or wholesale accounts
? Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
? Direct experience in the jewelry industry ? you know the product, the market, and ideally have established relationships with key buyers
? Exceptional ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior retail buyers and stakeholders
? Strong analytical skills ? comfortable diving into sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
? Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
? Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales management tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
? Willingness and ability to travel as required by account needs and trade calendar
Preferred
? Experience selling into major national retailers (department stores, club retailers, specialty chains)
? Background in merchandising, buying, or product development ? an understanding of how the other side of the table thinks
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
