Mastercard is looking for a Director, Partner Lifecycle Marketing & Experience to build and lead a best-in-class partner engagement strategy for the Mastercard Partner Advantage Program.
This leader will shape how partners experience Mastercard-from onboarding and activation through growth, advocacy, and retention. The role is responsible for creating relevant, personalized, and measurable engagement that helps partners understand, adopt, and get more value from the program.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer and strong operator who can translate partner needs into compelling journeys, campaigns, communications, and experiences that deepen engagement and support business growth.
Role
Partner Lifecycle Strategy
Lead the partner lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, growth, advocacy, and retention.
Design partner journeys, engagement programs, and communications that are clear, relevant, and tailored to partner needs.
Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience, remove friction, and increase participation in the program.
Connect partner engagement strategies to business priorities, commercial growth, and long-term ecosystem value.
Engagement, Personalization & Digital Experience
Create personalized engagement strategies across digital, email, web, portal, event, and community channels.
Use data and insights to deliver more relevant content, experiences, and calls to action for different partner audiences.
Partner with technology and operations teams to improve how partners discover, access, and engage with program benefits and resources.
Test, learn, and optimize engagement strategies to improve partner response, satisfaction, and adoption.
Partner Community & Advocacy
Build programs that strengthen partner connection, recognition, loyalty, and advocacy.
Create opportunities for partners to share success stories, participate in thought leadership, and engage with Mastercard and one another.
Develop campaigns and experiences that make partners feel informed, valued, and equipped to grow with Mastercard.
Insights, Measurement & Optimization
Define success measures for partner engagement, activation, adoption, advocacy, satisfaction, and retention.
Use partner feedback, behavioral data, and performance insights to improve the lifecycle experience.
Turn insights into clear recommendations that help teams make better decisions and improve partner outcomes.
Measure the impact of lifecycle marketing on partner growth, program value, and business performance.
Leadership & Collaboration
Work across marketing, sales, product, partner, regional, and technology teams to bring partner engagement strategies to market.
Influence and align stakeholders around a shared partner experience vision.
Lead with clarity, accountability, and a strong bias for action in a global, matrixed environment.
Ensure programs are scalable, consistent, and delivered with the quality expected of Mastercard.

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, segmentation, personalization, digital engagement, and data-driven marketing.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex global organization.
Ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and lead teams or workstreams to measurable outcomes.
Preferred Experience
Experience with global partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem programs.
Familiarity with partner portals, marketing automation, personalization tools, analytics, or digital engagement platforms.
