Job description

Be part of a group of passionate and dedicated marketers focused on growing adoption and usage of Alexa+, our next generation AI assistant. Alexa is a meaningful part of our customers everyday lives and this role is uniquely positioned to help grow adoption of prioritized Alexa capabilities.
This role works closely across Go-To-Market, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Creative teams to drive performance marketing campaigns that deliver against adoption goals.


A successful candidate is highly analytical, versed in acquisition and performance marketing, brings a unique point of view, and thrives in ambiguous, fast paced environments.
Key job responsibilities
- Analyze and improve customer funnels, continuously optimizing to drive better customer experiences and conversion
- Develop cross channel marketing campaigns that deliver against acquisition and retention targets
- Lead the briefing and development of creative assets
- Lead the development and implementation of campaign and business performance metrics
- Drive ongoing experimentation plans
- Deliver feedback loops to Go To Market and Product teams to drive continuous improvements in product development and positioning

The Alexa Lifecycle Marketing team is a group of passionate and high performing marketers focused on driving continuous growth of Alexa across Amazon devices (e.g. Echo), the Alexa App, and Alexa.com. The team works closely across Alexa Go To Market, Alexa Brand Marketing, Alexa Product, Alexa Sales, Finance, and Business Analytics
