UW Medicine's Strategic Brand & Marketing team has an outstanding opportunity for a Digital Listings & Reputation Specialist to join their team.

About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Digital Listings & Reputation Management, the Digital Listings & Reputation Specialist helps shape how patients, families, referring providers, and the public discover and experience UW Medicine online. This role maintains, optimizes, and monitors more than 2,600 provider and location profiles across public web and third-party platforms-helping ensure accurate, complete, and consistent information wherever people search for UW Medicine care.

This is an opportunity to pair data stewardship with digital marketing impact. You will work across complex systems and with cross-functional and vendor partners to strengthen discoverability, protect UW Medicine's online reputation, and improve the digital patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Profiles and Brand Data Management - 40%

  • Monitor provider, hospital, and clinic locations and profiles across supported platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with centralized provider and location data sources.
  • Support operational workflows related to photo optimization, profile creation, claiming, suppression, optimization, and lifecycle management within Yext and downstream third-party platforms.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve synchronization issues, duplicate listings, profile inconsistencies, and platform errors impacting profile accuracy and discoverability.
  • Conduct routine audits and quality assurance reviews to validate provider and location data - including addresses, phone numbers, hours, specialties, appointment links, accessibility information, and photos - ensuring accurate, complete, and aligned data across platforms.
  • Monitor profile health dashboards, platform notifications, and operational alerts to proactively identify issues requiring resolution or escalation.
  • Maintain operational documentation, workflow standards, issue tracking, and quality assurance processes supporting enterprise profile management.
  • Coordinate with provider data, location data, digital, operational, and vendor teams to support accurate data syndication and issue resolution across platforms.

Reputation Monitoring & Search Engine Optimization - 30%

  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and reputation dashboards across supported platforms and assist with issue routing and escalation workflows.
  • Support review response coordination processes with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
  • Implement innovative digital marketing and search engine optimization strategies to ensure discoverability and patient experience metrics are met.

Initiative Implementation and Resolution Assessment - 30%

  • Analyze recurring operational issues, trends, and escalation patterns impacting patient experience or online reputation and provide suggestions for resolutions to the Assistant Director.
  • Implement reputation management initiatives with a focus on operational and technical workflows and outcomes.
  • Support operational readiness for new platform features, expanded directory integrations, or changes to enterprise profile and reputation management workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, information management, or related field.
  • Three - four years of experience implementing digital experience initiatives, reputation management, customer experience operations, marketing data management, or related work.

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with listings management or reputation management platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, operational systems, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in large-scale digital profile management.
  • Experience working in healthcare, higher education, or another operationally complex environment.

Working Conditions

This role is primarily remote and includes one monthly on-site meeting in Seattle, WA, along with additional in-person meetings as needed to meet business needs.
