About the Role
As Head of School, you will serve as the leader of the campus community, guiding the vision, supporting and developing staff, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring an exceptional educational experience for every child.
We're looking for a dynamic and people-centered leader who can balance strategy, operations, enrollment growth, and team development while cultivating a warm, joyful, and high-performing school culture.
In this role, you will:

  • Step 9 or higher in the Oregon Registry

  • At least one year of experience managing or supervising adults, combined with knowledge of child development
